Many other local businesses won't touch Bmw, much like acceptance of an American Express Visa-- costs then too much. Don's did it. No more "limp-mode". I recommend for all your vehicle maintenance needs.

We were vacationing in the area when our car developed transmission problems. We drove to Don’s as they were nearby. Even though we didn’t have an appointment Alain and Scott treated us like lifelong customers. They rearranged their work schedule to test drive and diagnose the vehicle within minutes of our driving up. They gave us an honest assessment of the situation and offered to help us further by checking the condition of any used car we might purchase as a replacement. Definitely would recommend this business to anyone needing honest professional car care.

Needed camper generator repair. Technician knew the issue the first time I listened to him speak. Had unit in and repaired within 3 days. Starts and runs fine now. Repair cost was much less than a camper dealer would be and you can’t get in for weeks. Happy Camper!

Update: 7/18/2022 Getting ready to travel for my son's doctor's appointment tomorrow and went to check the air in my tires. When I took the cap off one of them air began leaking out. I called to see if they could help me out. YES! Please bring in your vehicle anytime and we will get it taken care of. They fixed the issue and made sure all tires are at the proper PSI. I LOVE DON'S auto. Update: 5/10/2022 I am happy that Don's is back in business after their fire! Had my tires switched and as usual, the service was excellent! In addition, I appreciate that they accept my need to wear a mask. I am immunocompromized and this is one place in town were I can go without people giving me grief. First time here and I am super happy with the service I received. I went for an oil change and state inspection. They were prompt, professional, and thorough (they even gave my suburban a wash before they gave her back to me!) I will definitely be back. If you have car needs Don's is your place!

Alan is always great at communicating and the prices are fair. Tires they carry are great as well.
