Service was done well, staff were professional. Work was scheduled for 10am. At 2:30 I received free car inspection report and at 3:00 an estimate and was asked to accept or decline. This was sent to me via email, no indication that the scheduled work was not done pending response to the report. I did not see these emails until nearly 4pm and my wife had gone to pick up the car. No scheduled work done had to pick up the next day. The scheduled work should have been done regardless of the recommendations or customers should be advised that no work will be done until assessment is responded to,
Hi Peter thank you for the feed back. This is great feed back that we will work on. When things get busy and short staffed it is very easy to lose sight of our mission of taking care of the customers needs. Short staffed or not it is my responsibility to have the best customer experience for you. The communication should of been earlier about everything your vehicle needed. The thing we do try to let you know everything wrong before we do work in case the customer says it needs too much and we are trading the vehicle. We will try to be more prompt with communication.
