What an amazing shop. I'm not kidding when i say I have never dealt with a service station so courteous. I am from Rhode Island and I am in the process of buying a car from Newport VT. I needed someone to inspect it for me before I took the 4hr drive. James at the front desk was exceptionally polite and to my shock offered to inspect the vehicle for free. They did a completely thorough job, the inspection report was very detailed and they even called to give me their insight. If I could give 5 stars plus I would. -Thank you very much, Ken Goodreau

Dons auto Service is outstanding!. After traveling from New York, the water pump blew in our truck and they fixed it within a day at their new facility, which is absolutely stunning and cutting edge. I wholeheartedly recommend this company to anyone with auto repairs. The price is fair and they work with your extended warranty companies as well. James, who took my initial call, was compassionate to the situation as we had to be back in New York on Wednesday And managed to fit us in his schedule the very next day, which was shocking since the GMC dealership told us to leave the truck for 4 to 6 weeks which was absolutely ridiculous. Thank you, Don's auto service, we appreciate you and we use you with all of our service vehicle needs

Clearly the most impressive shop and staff from the front desk to the back shop !!! Roomy , clean ! Don/Scott & Team, Thank you for speedy support when our rental car sustained a screw in one of the tires and we needed to get to Boston to catch a flight. Even though you didn't have the tire for our rental car you were able to call around and find one, go get it and install it in a timely fashion. Also appreciated you honoring your original quote even though the tire you ended up getting cost more. Good news was made it to the airport on time. Bad news was the flight was delayed because of a mechanical issue. We should have brought your crew with us to the airport to fix the airplane. We had to wait for another plane to arrive and we finally got home at 3AM. Thanks again. Great job! The Cook's
