Though they were thorough and gave me a rundown of what was "needed" the quoted amount vs what was actually needed varied greatly. I was told I needed a new compressor and condenser for the AC system, but when I went to the dealer, only one needed to be replaced. I was able to get that plus several other services done for more than 1/2 of what I was quoted just for the AC service.

We always try to be thorough and recommend what we believe is needed for a proper, long-lasting repair — especially on AC system. However, I understand you had a different experience at the dealer and that’s disappointing.
