The folks at Don's were highly professional and courteous. I was vacationing in Canada near Sherbrooke, PQ. And my F150 developed a problem. I contacted Don's and they assured me they would handle all aspects of the automobile Extended Warranty and they did a great job doing so. The repair was handled expertly and with a 3-year guarantee. Very prompt and friendly service. At first, I was concerned because their new garage was a work in progress, due to a fire, but they had a temporary work area set up, and did great work! We are native Vermonters visiting from out-of-state, and I drove a long way on very bad brakes. The folks at Don's got us in quickly, were super friendly and offered us coffee and water. On the phone they asked questions and details about our particular problem. We called two other places, and were given appointments two weeks away. We would definitely seek their expertise again. I’m always treated with the utmost respect. Any concern I may have is listened to and all work is explained if any questions should arise. Being a motor vehicle enthusiast, finding good mechanics are like finding good doctors, hard and frustrating at times. That being said, I have complete faith in Scott and his team.
