Hi Eric Thank you for taking the time to leave feedback. I’m sorry you felt our quote was much higher than what you ended up paying elsewhere. We always try to be thorough and recommend what we believe is needed for a proper, long-lasting repair — especially on AC system. However, I understand you had a different experience at the dealer and that’s disappointing. My records show the compressor was fine it was we found leak detected at the condenser and a very slight one from the evaporator. We’d welcome the chance to review your visit and quote.
