My brother and I were so glad to have found Don’s! We were visiting from out of town to retrieve an inherited car that hadn’t been driven in a couple of years. The owner of this family business treated us like family and we were so grateful! We were on a short timeline and they worked quickly to address multiple issues and get the car operational for its 800 mile drive to another state. Thanks so much for your help! This was the first time using Don’s Auto Service. They were both friendly and efficient. The facility is very impressive and would rival any high end dealership facility that I have been exposed to. I have no doubt that I will be using them again in the future

My husband and I stopped in to see if they could bend a damaged rear guard for our ATV. There were no cars in the bays,and the mechanics were sitting around. When they were asked if they could help us ,they outright refused. Not impressed.

Sue can you check to see if you are putting this review to the correct shop, my guys have been very busy for months with the bays almost always full and when customers come in they can not see the shop from the front entrance, the building is quite large. Our shop is at 2506 us rt 5 in Derby Vt. Thank you

Great service and care. Little pricy for oil change but quality and care costs.Friendly folks my first time there and I will use them again.
