The service I received from Don's Auto was second to none. I went there for just an oil change and was given a courtesy inspection that revealed multiple issues with my car that I was unaware of. The staff provided me with pictures of each issue and took the time to explain what they found in a way I could best understand. I was provided with both a text and email detailing the work that was needed, the photos, the urgency of each issue, and the cost of each repair. While there they also addressed another concern I had with my vehicle. But I could not cover the total cost of the bill. They graciously provided me with a $25 discount card to cover my expenses so I could get the needed repairs done for that day. And I will schedule the other repairs with them as soon as I can get the money to cover them.
