Good price, pleasant people

Service was done well, staff were professional. Work was scheduled for 10am. At 2:30 I received free car inspection report and at 3:00 an estimate and was asked to accept or decline. This was sent to me via email, no indication that the scheduled work was not done pending response to the report. I did not see these emails until nearly 4pm and my wife had gone to pick up the car. No scheduled work done had to pick up the next day. The scheduled work should have been done regardless of the recommendations or customers should be advised that no work will be done until assessment is responded to,

Very efficient timing and honesty! They had my car in and out within a few hours and cleaned her up before sending her home. They also were quick to respond and give me a quote. The website and confirmation is very easy to navigate and the staff was super helpful!

I called for an inspection for my vehicle and they got me in the next day. Doors were open early so could drop off before going into work. Received a text when vehicle was ready and was given the amount. Absolutely NO complaints

We are from Virginia and had a problem with our car. We were sent to Don's by a stranger. What excellent advice. Scott, Don’s son, was there and personally helped us and fixed our problem immediately. He was so helpful and honest with us. Being out of town we had no idea who to turn to, but it was our lucky day. We are so appreciative. If we lived there we would do all our automotive business with them. Thank you Scott.
