Don/Scott & Team, Thank you for speedy support when our rental car sustained a screw in one of the tires and we needed to get to Boston to catch a flight. Even though you didn't have the tire for our rental car you were able to call around and find one, go get it and install it in a timely fashion. Also appreciated you honoring your original quote even though the tire you ended up getting cost more. Good news was made it to the airport on time. Bad news was the flight was delayed because of a mechanical issue. We should have brought your crew with us to the airport to fix the airplane. The shop is well-organized and professional. I needed an emergency brake repair, and despite being busy, they scheduled me for an appointment promptly as I required my truck the following day. An estimate accompanied by pictures was sent via text, detailing the necessary work and identifying potential future issues. The truck was completed within a few hours and was hand washed by the shop afterward. I am satisfied with the service provided by DONS GARAGE. And the best part my AI guy …….dissected the bill and it pretty much was spot on

Good price, pleasant people

Service was done well, staff were professional. Work was scheduled for 10am. At 2:30 I received free car inspection report and at 3:00 an estimate and was asked to accept or decline. This was sent to me via email, no indication that the scheduled work was not done pending response to the report. I did not see these emails until nearly 4pm and my wife had gone to pick up the car. No scheduled work done had to pick up the next day. The scheduled work should have been done regardless of the recommendations or customers should be advised that no work will be done until assessment is responded to,
