I have used this garage 3 times now and every time it's been for something simple like oil changes and changing tires. Every time we've gone, it has taken them over an hour past when they said they would be done. They're only excuse is "it takes time." They have gone and done things to my vehicle without asking first and expected me to be happy with their service. They are nice people but I wouldn't go to them unless you plan on waiting all day.
Hi Alyssa thank you for taking the time for the review. We apologize that the misunderstanding on the time issue. The work that we did takes about 2.4 hrs by book time and at 10:00 appointment we still had you going by 12:30 even though your insurance card was out dated for the state inspection and we waited for a up to date one. When we asked about doing the filters and State inspection we should of explained it would be a little longer then just doing the tires that you came in for. Thankyou Alyssa
